We are looking for a person with technical intelligence, conscientious and good expression skills to join our team. Your main tasks are to provide support to our customers in connection with Fontakt CRM on a daily basis. We are waiting for you to apply if you are ready to learn independently and you are fluent in Estonian and English, Finnish will be useful.
You are suitable for the job if you want to:

Your tasks:
- Fontact services (mainly CRM) related customer issues through support tickets and calls
- setting up new CRM client projects in cooperation with the project manager

Fontakt is a B2B sales agency based on technology, data and sales people. The agency develops and builds B2B relationships all over the world.
We are looking for a sales manager with a positive and enthusiastic worldview to join our team! Your daily job will be to sell digital, mostly technically complex software developments. Your role is to act as an intermediary between the client and the project manager.
You are suitable for the job if:
- Fluent in English to communicate in an international team
- Have at least a few years of experience in project sales
- You are brave, with good communication skills
- Have basic IT knowledge or work experience in an IT company
- You are ready to work and lead a team
